ITMS-91059: Map Upload Errors Before You Resubmit

ITMS-91059 usually appears late, when a build is already in the upload path. StoreShield lets you import the diagnostic locally, see which gate changed, and export a fix plan.

7-day trial applies to the Direct DMG only. Mac App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple.

What ITMS context changes

A scan result can be risky; an imported ITMS diagnostic can make the upload gate an obvious blocker.

  • Transporter logs and App Store Connect email snippets.
  • ITMS codes mapped to Binary Upload, Privacy, SDK, or metadata gates.
  • Visible ITMS badges in the Review Room and Submission Pack.

Why the score may not move

StoreShield separates scan score from external review context so developers understand the source of the risk.

  • The base score is archive-derived.
  • Context can change gate status and blockers.
  • The lab preview shows before/after gate impact before applying context.

What to export

When ITMS context is present, the Submission Pack includes files for both humans and automation.

  • ITMS_ERRORS_MAPPED.md.
  • FIX_PLAN.md with next actions.
  • STORE_SHIELD_MACHINE_SUMMARY.json.

FAQ

Does StoreShield call App Store Connect?

No. ITMS context import is offline. You paste or import a log/email/JSON file manually.

FAQ

Can I test with sample ITMS scenarios?

Yes. StoreShield includes local example scenarios so you can see how ITMS and metadata context changes gates.
