How does the 7-day free trial work?: Download the app, open it, tap “Try Pro”. Every Pro feature unlocks immediately for 7 days — no credit card, no signup, no auto-charge. When the 7 days are up, you decide whether to subscribe. There's no surprise billing, ever.
What happens after the trial?: If you don't subscribe, StoreShield enters read-only mode: you can still open the app and browse your past scan results, but running a new scan requires Pro. Subscribe anytime to regain full access — your history is preserved.
Do I need an account?: No. The 7-day trial runs entirely on your Mac. Pro subscriptions use a license file emailed to you after checkout — no account, no password to remember.
Can I use Pro on multiple Macs?: Yes. A Pro license activates up to 3 Macs at the same time. Move it freely between your laptop, desktop and CI runner.
What if Apple rejects my app anyway?: StoreShield catches the most common rejection causes from public guidelines, but Apple's review is partly subjective and no tool can guarantee approval. If you receive a rejection, you can forward us the notice — we use real-world rejections to expand our rule set in future updates.
